FAQs

MOQs

We often get this question, the truth is we don't have minimum order quantities. However our prices are greatly affected by the quantities and printing method. Different decoration methods require different set ups and materials, and therefore they're all differently priced.
Best thing to do is email us all the details you currently have regarding your order, what garments you're after, your artwork/logo (even if it's just rough for now), roughly how many you think you'd like to get, and your budget, also what's really important for you e.g sustainability, quality, etc. This way we can give you advice on the best steps going forward.

Artwork Format

The format of your artwork depends on the decoration method. But you can't go wrong with a Vector file, PNG, PSD or a PDF. For embroidery we can work with JPEG and any of the above. For best results your artwork should be bigger or made to size of your desired print. Sometimes we may need a different version of your artwork depending on your order requirements, so if you have multiple formats of your artwork just send them all through!

Maximum Print Colours

Our screen printing and Embroidery have a limit of 6 colours.

DTG and digital transfers are very good for multicoloured artwork, and for complex designs on small orders.

Vinyl is usually used for simple 1/2 colour artworks on small quantity orders, but there are some cool special effects options, such as flock or holographic!

Can You Visit Us?

Yes, you definitely can! It's usually easier to explain certain things in person, where you can show us what you're after, and explore the samples we have in stock.

Are We Dog friendly?

Absolutely! YES. If you have a furry friend, we recommend bringing them along on your visit! (it's likely to be the highlight of our day)

We'd appreciate if your companion was on a lead though.
As our shop is our main workspace, sometimes there may be some harmful bits or substances they might accidentally consume if left to roam around. We wouldn't want anything to happen to your fur babies!

Edit: We now have a new furry welcome committee called Molly, she's super friendly, sleeps most of the day, but usually gets up to say hello to our visitors, and to entertain their dog friends.

Doing Your Laundry

Please consider the washing instructions on the labels on your garments AS WELL AS our recommendations for the different decoration methods.

Screen printed and DTG - Machine wash 40C, Inside out, with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium, however it's best to air-dry your clothes as it's better for the fabric, print, and the environment. Do not dry clean.
We recommend using a steamer to get rid of any wrinkles or creases, however if you're using an iron, set it on medium heat, and always iron inside out, be careful over the print, you can also use a protective sheet to make sure nothing happens to your print or garment.
Fading may occur from excessive sun exposure. Ink prints may fade/ wash out over time if washed very frequently, at high temperatures, using harsh chemicals, or tumbled dried at high heat!

Embroidery - Machine wash up to 60C, Inside out, with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium, but best to air-dry! Iron on Medium heat, or best to steam out any wrinkles.

Vinyl and Foil Prints- Machine wash up to 40C, Inside out, with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Do Not Tumble Dry, best to air-dry! Do not iron (a great way to get out any creases is to use a steamer! but avoid going over the printed area) Do not dry clean.
