Terms and Conditions 

ALLGOODSCO LTD trading under IT’S ALL GOODS CO.

By placing an order with ALLGOODSCO LTD you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions you must stop using our services immediately. 

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. With regard to your personal information or our practices please read through our terms and conditions below or/and contact us to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. 

All enquires should be directed to our email hello@itsallgoods.co and will be responded to as soon as possible. We intend to resolve all issues quickly fairly and without prejudice. 

We reserve the right, under our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.

Our opening hours are available for guidance only and are not a guarantee we are open. If you are planning a visit please inform us prior to making your way.

MISPRINTS

We will credit/refund you for any missed garment printing to your next order. If the garment has been ordered, you may keep the garment as a blank, if it has not been ordered we will refund/credit for this also.

For any supplied goods, we recommend adding and extra 5% of each size, we do not take responsibility for replacement or compensation for supplied garments, we do our best to print and embroider all garments correctly, however sometimes errors and accidents will occur. Please note there may be small manufacture defects that we missed, we do our best to spot them all during our inspection, but once printed we cannot be responsible for replacing these items.

All order details must be confirmed before the start of productions. 

RETURNS

 If we made a mistake in your print, get back to us within 14 days. We do not offer refunds and we are not responsible for garments after 14 days of collection or delivery. We do not accept returns of Personalised and custom printed items under any circumstance unless faulty. In case of faulty items we will request the order is returned to us and we will replace your order within 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed under our discretion. Delivery fees are not refundable. 

PAYMENTS 

We accept many payment options, However our most common and preferred payment method is a bank transfer, our details will be provided along with your invoice. - This is the only free method of payment.

We also accept card and cash payments when you visit our Studio, as well as over phone, however please note we may need to charge a fee for this which stands at 2.5% of the total payable amount.
In addition we can accept payments via PayPal, however, please note this method of payment has a fee of up to 3% of the total (variable amount). We will cover any fees below £20, however if the fee total exceeds this amount, we will request an additional payment to cover the fees.

As standard we work on a Pro-forma basis. Payment of your invoice is considered as confirmation, and until it is paid we cannot start on your order. In some cases we may agree to a 50% payment of the invoice upfront (Jobs will not be started until the initial 50% of the invoice is paid). The remainder of your invoice (50%) is due within 3 days of completion of the job/collection/delivery. 

A fee may be added if the remainder payment is not made on time, A late payment fee will be added on the 5th working day after the collection of your order, this will be 5% of any outstanding money. If the outstanding money is not paid within another 5 working days, another 5% late fee will be added on to each outstanding invoice. This will be a recurring charge till the invoice and late payment fees are cleared. 

All products and services are a property of ALLGOODSCO LTD Until all outstanding monies are cleared. 

If there are any issues with payments, the order, or personal circumstances please keep us in the loop as we may be able to work out an arrangement under our discretion. 

We do not take responsibility for payments made to the wrong account. If the amount paid is incorrect we will inform you of any remaining money to be paid, or refund any money that has been over paid.

All jobs are priced individually. We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice. We will honour the prices in the quote provided if the order is placed within 5 days of receiving a quote and no changes have been requested. Prices of a partially paid invoice (initial 50% payment) will not change. A new invoice may be issued if job specifications have changed following a notice/discussion. 

OUR SERVICES 

As standard we provide in house screen printing and embroidery. Some jobs may be outsourced, we may not always inform you if your job is being outsourced. If having a job done in house is an important contributor to your decision making please inform us of this during the quotation process. 

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement between ourselves and the client at any time during the process for any reason without prejudice. We do not need to provide adequate evidence on why the agreement is being terminated, and refund or returns of items is at our sole discretion. 

Compensation will not be given for any loss of business or earnings that are "Claimed" by the client.

If you wish to terminate your agreement with ALLGOODSCO LTD You may do so without the need to provide evidence of reason. In this case you may cancel your order and receive a refund only if your order has not yet been started. If your order has been started it is unlikely you will be entitled to a refund. A partial refund may be possible under our sole discretion subject to the progress of your order. Until the remaining 50% of your invoice is paid the contents of your order are the sole property of ALLGOODSCO LTD. 

 LEAD TIMES

Our turnaround is always subject to change based on individual job needs as well as our workload. If you need your order completed by a certain date please inform us of this before making any payments. If the order has been placed and we were not aware of your deadline prior to payment we do not accept liability if you job is not completed in time. We will do our best to honour any deadlines provided, however this may not always be possible due to the nature of the business, Sometimes issues arise during the printing process which cause delays. Stock levels change everyday and we cannot guarantee your required stock will be available. We have accounts with many suppliers and will do our best to source your required stock. We will also try to advise you of any unavailable stock before your order is placed, however this is not always possible. All issues in regard to deadlines and stock should be discussed with us prior to any action.
Electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products (including but not limited to ink and threads).

JOB DETAILS AND DELIVERY

The paying customer is responsible of disclosing all relevant information and details of the job prior to making payment. If details have not been discussed and agreed to prior to payment we cannot take responsibility if the job is not completed according to all requirements, or in time for the deadline. 

Artwork supplied to us must be of good quality and high resolution.
Any errors in supplied artwork are not our responsibility, We always do our best to check the artwork is suitable, but cannot guarantee the outcome will be satisfactory after print. We will inform you of the artwork format required based on the printing method relevant for your job. In most cases a vector file is ideal, ai and psd files are also generally good. 

Any changes to the order after payment may delay the turnaround time. 

All orders are to be collected from our unit, unless agreed otherwise. Delivery is payable by the customer unless free delivery is offered by ALLGOODSCO LTD Delivery charge is usually only £10 however it may be higher depending on the location and order volume. Delivery may be invoiced after the job is completed and delivered as we may not always know the total delivery cost prior to sending your order to you. A delivery slot may not always be provided, however we will do our best to give you an estimate of your delivery. We do not take responsibility if your order was not delivered on time by the courier, we also take no responsibility if the address provided was incorrect. Delivery fees are non refundable. The customer may organise their own collection and delivery.

The information provided on the Website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those who choose to access and use our Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may provide you a possibility on the Site to leave reviews or ratings.
